Today’s project is 8.5×5.5-inch Personal Progress Value Certificates + BONUS YW Recognition & Honor Bee Certificates!

These certificates are a great tool for rewarding and motivating your Young Women to complete their Personal Progress.

• Hand them out at Young Women in Excellence or New Beginnings or other Personal Progress events.
• Use them to accompany a YW Values Now Candy Bar given to a girl when she completes a value.

Best of all, with the editable PDF files, personalizing these certificates is quick and easy! (I’ve also included JPEG files for those who like that format.)

Each editable PDF has text fields you can customize with

• Girl’s Name
• Date
• Ward
• Stake

Here’s how to customize an editable PDF file:

1. Open Adobe Reader (If you don’t have this FREE program, you can get it here.)
2. Open the desired certificate file (File>Open)
3. Click on the text field you want to edit (Name, Date, Ward, Stake)
4. Delete the dummy text that is there and type in your text. NOTE: Font size, color and spacing is pre-set and can not be changed. If you want to use different settings, you will need to open the JPEG file in Word, Photoshop, Photoshop Elements or other software and add your own text by creating your own  text boxes. You can find the fonts I used here: Exquise FY & Aura Blue.)
5. Save the file. (File>Save)
6. Print on highest-quality print setting (File>Print)

Each certificate fits on 1/2 of a page, so you may need to trim the excess.

My download includes editable PDF & JPEG certificates for each of the YW Values: Faith, Divine Nature, Individual Worth, Knowledge, Choice & Accountability, Good Works, Integrity and Virtue. PLUS, I’ve included BONUS certificates you can give to girls who earn their YW Recognition Award and/or their Honor Bee.
