Here’s my next printable for you: Customizable note cards! We’re giving these to our girls with their birthday gifts, so I added the greeting Happy Birthday to the cards. But, I’ve put my note cards into an editable PDF file so you can add your own message to the black bar on the bottom of each card! From Congrats!, Thinking of You, Thank You and You’re Invited to Just a Note, you can customize these note cards to fit any occasion.

To add your own greeting to my 2013 Mutual Theme Note Cards, you will need Adobe Reader. If you don’t already have this free program on your computer, you can download it here. Here’s how to quickly and easily customize these note cards:

1. Download my 2013 Mutual Theme Note Card file below.
2. Unzip the file. (Right-click on the downloaded file, select Extract All from the pop-up menu that appears, navigate to the location on your computer where you want the file to be, click Extract.)
3. Open Adobe Reader.
4. Open the 2013 Note Card PDF file in Adobe Reader.
5. Page down to page 2.
6. Click on the text box (highlighted in blue) on the first card and enter your greeting. To achieve the same look I have in the photo, put a space between each of the letters and two between words: H a p p y   B i r t h d a y. If your greeting is longer, you do not have to do this.
7. Repeat step 5 for the second card.
8. Print your cards on card stock. Click the printer icon in the menu bar. Under Pages to Print, click the radio button next to Current Page if you are on page two, or click the radio button next to Pages  and enter 2 to print just the cards. Click Print.

NOTE: Unfortunately, Adobe Reader does NOT let you save your text edits so be sure to add your greetings and print in one sitting. If you have Adobe Acrobat Pro, you CAN save your edits.

I also include a jpeg file in the download which you can simply print without adding a greeting, or you can edit it in a graphic design program like Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, Gimp or Paint Shop Pro.
