I just got word from dropbox.com (where I host my downloads) that I’ve had way too many downloads recently. They’ve suspended my account for a couple of days. I’m beyond thrilled at the amazing support you’ve all given me and for the huge numbers of views and downloads I’ve gotten over the past year. My blog readers are the greatest! But, all this success has given me a bit of a problem with dropbox and I need to find another solution. Please be patient and give me a few days to set up something to keep this blog and the downloads coming. Thanks again for your amazing support!
Thanks for letting us know, I was driving myself crazy trying to download the Personal Progress calendar.
Of course I procrastinated for the whole month of December to download these…but I will be patient until you get them up and going again. I wondered though if you can tell me how much fabric I need for the owls. The pattern is not available until next week because she is on vacation, but 60% off at the fabric store is good through Friday….I need to make 40 of them for YWIE and would like to shop for material right away. Just need to know how much yardage for each and then I can worry about pattern later. Thanks.

I think you need about 20×15 inches of fabric for the front/back of each owl and then about an 8×8-inch piece for the heart. The eyes and beak are smaller pieces of felt/fabric.
I’m having a hard time downloading the calendar too! It must be still down I guess?
The link is working for me. Give it another try and if you can’t get it to work, let me know and I’ll email it to you 🙂
It seems to have downloaded, but I can’t figure out how to get adobe to open it so I can edit it. My brain is not equipped for this task! 🙂
Hi Angela! You probably need to unzip the download–just right click on the downloaded file and then select “Extract all” from the pop-up menu that appears. Then, navigate to the location on your computer where you want the file to be unzipped and click “Extract.” The file will be unzipped and ready to open in Adobe Reader. Hope this helps 🙂
I would love it if you could have some information on the new 2013 Sunday School theme, “Come Follow Me!” Do you think that would be something you might be interesting in doing? It reaches the youth as well and is such a fantastic new program. We would love to have your artistic assistance! 🙂
Great idea! I have thought about it. I will probably be making things for my Beehives on the weeks I teach, so I might have something in the future.
