They’re here! My popular 2016 Mutual Theme calendars in vertical format are ready!
You are going to love these calendars! The cover features the full 2016 Mutual Theme and each month includes one of my “Press Forward” logos. NOTE: My logo files will be coming to the blog shortly. Stay tuned!
[The calendars I have for you today are vertical. You can find the horizontal-format calendars here.]
These calendars are so easy to use! The editable PDF file has editable text fields for each day of every month PLUS editable text fields for additional announcements, notes and more. Adding your own information to the editable PDF file is so fast and requires very little technical know-how. Here’s what to do:
- Open the editable PDF file in Adobe Reader. (If you don’t already have this free program installed, download it here.)
- Click on the text field you want to edit.
- Type in your information. (Fonts, font sizes, font color and alignment are already selected for you and cannot be changed. If you want to indent something, you can’t use the TAB key – use the space bar instead.)
- Save and Print!
If you want to customize these calendars even further, I’ve included in the download JPEG files of each month and the cover for you to edit in your own word-processing or photo-editing software.
Use these calendars to help your girls keep abreast of activities, birthdays and goals. Put a calendar on your YW bulletin board, hand them out or email them to parents or include them in a Stake YW newsletter. Or, use them to keep your own family life organized!
I hope you love these calendars as much as I do!

I am so excited to get these wonderful monthly calendars for our YW’s organization. It will make our secretary’s job a whole lot easier. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful talents and projects.
Just what I’ve been searching for! Thank you!
You’re welcome 🙂
Thank you!! There are just what I was looking for! 🙂
I have loved your calendars! Thank you for sharing your talents & creating them! I am having a problem with the July 2016 calendar for some reason though. It won’t let me save it. It keeps giving the error: “The document could not be saved. Bad parameter.” It’s really weird because when I enter information on some of the days in the month, it shows up. But on other days, after I move to another box the information goes away. For example: I tried to enter an activity on July 19 and as soon as I move to another day, the information disappears. I printed the calendar just to see if it would show up and it does not. Could you please help?
Thanks so much!
This is strange, Staci. I will see what I can figure out 🙂
I am sorry you are having this frustrating problem. Unfortunately, I can’t replicate it so I am not entirely sure what is happening. When I consulted Google, I found that you may need to update your version of Adobe Reader or re-download the PDF because it may be corrupt. Sorry I can’t be more help. If you discover a solution, please let me know 🙂
Thanks Neisha! I just re-downloaded the PDF and it worked fine. So weird! Thanks for your help! 🙂
Yay! Glad it worked!
I have tried to download and it won’t work. It just says “waiting for bit.ly” Is anyone else having issues?
How frustrating, Fawn! I just tried out the link and was able to download the file. It could be an issue with your browser or internet connection. Or, if you have a pop-up blocker installed, that could cause problems, too. Please let me know if your issue persists.
Any chance you’ll have the 2017 vertical format coming out soon? You do really amazing work!
I am working on my calendars. I hope they are ready in the next several weeks.
Yay! The past 2 years would have been much harder as a leader without your awesome calendars, thank you for your hard work! Can’t wait for 2017!!
Hello, I am looking for your vertical format of the 2016 calendar, but can only seem to find the horizontal format. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!
Sorry about that, Kim. Somehow, the post for the vertical calendars got messed up with the horizontal post. I’ve fixed everything and you can find the vertical calendars here: https://hangaribbononthemoon.com/2015/12/14/2016-mutual-theme-calendars-vertical-format-editable-pdfs-jpegs/
